Our home is a 2100 sq foot 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom with a garden tub and stand alone shower. There is also a small patio off the master bedroom. THere is one guest room with a full bed and then another room with two twin sized beds. There is also a single pull out bed sofa in the upstairs loft. Our home is located in the city of Rio Rancho just 20 minutes North West of Albuquerque and 45 minutes South West of Santa Fe. A great place to stay if you want to to some day trips into Santa Fe.

We live close to Santa Fe and Albuquerque. You could do trips into the city and then come home at night to a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Santa Fe is very rich in Culture. It boasts that it is the oldest city in the United States. You could drive there or just drive to the rail runner that is just 20 minutes away from our house and enjoy the view from the train. There is a free shuttle from the train in Santa Fe that takes you into the historical distric where you can walk the streets to see all of the historical sites including the miraculous stair case.

Albuquerque is rich with its own culture. You can visit old town or even take a trip to the zoo. There is also the Sandia Peak tramway that has a very unique view from the sky. We are also well known for our hot air balloons here in the land of enchantment so it would be a perfect time to try out that hobby.


We live in a quiet well kept Neighborhood (an HOA) so you can relax in the evening on your vacation. There is not a lot of rain here so you can enjoy the sun shine year long. The land of enchantment is a lovely place to visit. There are many family friendly or couple friendly things to do here in New Mexico so come on over and try it out.

We have a projector and surround sound to watch movies. We also have a firepit in the backyard. There is one master bedroom with a queen, a garden tub, stand alone shower and master closets. Then there is the guest room with a full bed that sleeps two and another bedroom that has two twin beds in it. Then in the loft there is a single pull out sofa.

Some time in August would be great, preferable the 11th- 19th or somewhere around there

I have some family that lives up there and I would love to go visit them with our own place to stay

We are a young family of five. Daniel works in Landscape Management and enjoys his career. Miriam is a stay at home mother with a degree in History. Alexander is 6 Eva is 3 and Jamison is one. They are all very helpful and love playing together. Most of our travel consists of visiting family as we are the only family members on both sides who live in New Mexico. We have all grown to love it here especially the balloon fiesta in October. We love to visit green places and the ocean.
