Apartment:
We live in a apartment in the city center of Stockholm. The apartment is built around the 1890's and the size is 85 square meters. It is an old style apartment and it has a ceiling hight of 3,1 meters.
We renovated in the fall of 2011 and that included; a whole new kitchen, the second bedrooms got new wallpaper, the master bedroom got new paint and the bathroom got new furniture and floor.

Living room:
Our living room contains 2 sofas with enough room for 6 people to sit copmfortably. We have a flat TV, 5.1 surround system and a PS3.

Master bedroom:
The master bedroom has a 180cm bed for 2 people and a babys crib/bed. There is a built in wardrobe with alot of room and a french balcony.

Second bedroom:
The second bedroom has a desk, changing area for babys and a built in wardrobe. If requested we have two 90cm matrasses, pillows and blankets for 2 people.

Kitchen/Hallway:
Our kitchen contains an oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, frezer, coffemaker, espressomaker, watherboiler and more. There is a table for 6 people and the door to the balcony is located here. The balcony is very quiet and has a wiev of a very nice garden and church, the sun sets here at night, it´s perfect for dinner in the summer.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Other:
Washer are located on the first floor and need to be booked for use.
If there is anything you wonder about dont hesitate to ask.

We live in a calm neighbourhood and our apartment is located with walking distans to alot of shopping, restaurants, the royal castle, museums and more. Our balcony is located against a garden and you cant even here car sound sitting there. Our neighbours are great.

We think we live at the perfekt place in Stockholm as we like it quite but dont want to walk more then 5 minutes to everything we like.

We would like to travel sometime beetween june-august.

Open to any dates

We are open to suggestions in Spain, France, Croatia or.Portugal. We would like to be near the beach or if you have a pool. We would like to exchange for 2 weeks.
We are also intrested in NY, and open to other suggestions!

We are both in our 30's and really love to travel. We just got married and we've got a wounderful little babygirl named Filippa. She will be two years old next summer.

We have traveled many places together but our favorite place is New York. This time we want to find out how it is to live in the city, not just to stay at a hotel and thats why we want to try out homeexchange.

Our lifestyle consist of family time with Filippa and work. John works in sales and Katarina has her own company. Our biggest interest is dining at restaurants with our friends, shopping, skiing, working out, mountainbiking and off course traveling as much as we can.
