This is a big familly house with 2 floors and a roof terrace on the top perfect for romantic dinner or parties. 4 rooms on 6 are air conditionned, the house is very bright with windows everywhere.
The maid will come 3 times a week. the gardener once a week.
Master bedroom is equiped with a brand new king size bed and television. 2 rooms are equipped for young children use. In the living room, you'll find a 51'' flat screen hd television with home cinema, satelite and playstation 3 for video games lovers!

When you go out of the house, you won't need more than a 5 minutes walk to swim into one of the richest laggon in the indian ocean.
The neighberhood is very friendly, you will really feel mauritian spirit in this residenecial area.
The salesman of fish will come every day at 10 am to present you the daily peach, followed by the vegetable salesman...both very friendly.
On your way to the supermarket, at about 3km away from the house, you will follow the coastal road and appreciate the very special blue of the sea in mauritius and see wonderful catamarans.
