The house is in Vigo di Fassa, in a newly built villa of 5 apartments. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. It's very confortable, pretty and friendly. Ideal for 4 people, can sleep 2 more guests. The location, in the hearth of Dolomite Alps, Unesco heritage, is a beautifull famous valley. It offers all the conforts and entertainment possibilities. Ideal for winter skiing or for summer wonderful hiking in the Alps.

The house is located in Vigo di Fassa, a pretty village in the middle of the Valley.
Nearby there are other typical mountain villages to visit, in all of them the buildings respect the local traditions offering an enchanting landscape long the all Valley.There are many markets to make the daily shopping and many restaurants that offer tradional local meals.During the winter season skiers can use several skilifts, chairlifts and cablecars all connetted together, the famous "Dolomiti Superski". They allow to ski along hundreds of kilometers of skislopes. The departures of the plants are close to the house dock. During the summer season is obviously possible to take long walks on the thousands paths of the Dolomites Alps or reach the mountain shelters or bivouacs. The summer climate is very pleasant and ideal for people looking for restoring pure air. In the Valley every year take also place the Marcialonga (more info www.marcialonga.it) for thousands of runners bikers and skiers. The Valley is really close to important cities like Bolzano and Trento.

Our house is for us, a second home and so we can be flexible about the dates of the exchange.
It is a mountain home so the most actractive activities are skiing during the winter season: from december
to the end of april and trekking and hiking during all the year.
The place is also ideal for paragliding in fact during the summer season hundreds of paragliders come here from all over the world.

We are Lori, housewife, and Emilio (55- 62 years old) a financial and accounting consultant. We love a lot to travel in Italy and abroad. We are bikers and sailors during free time. We have a son that is married (30) and a daughter still studying (20). We travel alone or with a couple of friends, sometimes with our sons.
