Our Home
Our home is spacious and inviting. The floor plan is open and bright with three levels. With 2,150 square feet it is comfortable for as few as 2 people but can easily accommodate 9 by using the additional pull out sleepers on the lower level. From the deck you enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets with an unobstructed view of the continental divide.

Our Neighborhood
The house is located on a quiet street at the end of a cul de sac. The neighborhood is surrounded by national forest with hiking, cycling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing available from the front door. When you stay at our home you will be centrally located to the best of Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. Resorts such as Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain are within a quick 15 to 30 minute drive. Local amenities include shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. We often see wildlife such as redtail fox, deer, mountain sheep and occasionally, moose.

Our Destinations
We are hoping to arrange two trips in 2012. We would like to take our sons on a tropical vacation between the spring and summer months. Jim and I would like to take a cycling trip to Italy between August and October 2012.

About Us
We are Jim and Chris, a couple in our 50's with a love of the outdoors and travel. We are avid cyclists and skiers. Jim also enjoys jogging, Chris enjoys playing tennis and cooking. We have two sons ages 18 and 21 who also enjoy travel when not busy with their educations. We have experienced three very successful home exchanges and look forward to many more.
