Our Home
Our cozy ground-floor apartment is a family home with sunny garden in Amsterdam-South (90m2) with:
- living room with a double bed and a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD
- kitchen with dinningtable, microwave and dishwasher
- bedroom 1 with double loft bed (in height) for two adults/children
- bedroom 2 with double loft bed (in height) for two adults/children
- bathroom with bath & shower
- washing machine in the pavilion ( in the garden)
- garden (40m2) facing south with a trampoline, table, parasol. Sun from morning till evening.
We have two friendly cats who take care of themselves mostly. They just need catfood once a day, dry kibbles. They can go in and out through their catflap. They are only allowed to go into our backyard.
We have three adult bicycles and a children's bike (10 yrs) that may be used and are the best way to get around town.

Our Neighborhood
We live in a quiet street with lots of shops and restaurants around the corner. Our quiet family friendly and green neighborhood is situated in Amsterdam South (Rivierenbuurt) and is built with typical Amsterdam Style houses designed by the architect Berlage.
Closeby:
Several parks (Vondelpark, Amstelpark, Beatrixpark)
Bowlingcentre and large supermarket around the corner
Public swimming pool (outdoor and indoor)
10 minutes walk from train station Amsterdam-RAI, (10 minutes from Schiphol Airport)
City centre is 15 minutes by tram or bike to Dam square, red light district, China Town, Waterloo square, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum ,The Anne Frank House, the Artis Zoo, etc.
The Netherlands are very small so you won't have to drive far to reach other cities and activities:

The Hague 40 min
Rotterdam 50 min
The North Sea and IJsselmeer beaches are only half an hour away by train or car.
