The house has two levels. It is in the backyard of a little flat, so it is not directly on the road and is very quiet.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a TV and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped : oven, hotplate, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, boiler.

On the first floor there are 3 rooms with one bathroom. One room has a double bed, the second one a two-person size mattress, and the third room is a baby room which can be changed into a one person - room.

We have a housekeeper, and our home is tidy and clean.

There is a small garden, which is extremely rare in this city. It is located in front of the house. We have fourniture for the garden.

We have two babies so we have all the baby items.

We have two bikes that you can borrow. We also own a Toyota Corolla Verso (manual drive) and would be happy to include it in the exchange.

Our place is a good alternative to visit Paris, because you are in a quiet and green place, with a garden, but you're still close to the main attractions.

We are living in a quiet neighborhood, with a lot of green areas (parc de l'Ile Saint Germain, parc de saint Cloud). You can reach them by walking or cycling. You can even fish in the Seine.
You can have nice walks around the house (along the Seine), and a few french restaurants can be reached by foot. There are two supermarkets that can be reached by foot.

We are 5 minutes walking from RER C "Issy" which leads you directly in 20 minutes into the heart of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame). You can also use it to go directly to the Château de Versailles.

We are also very close from tramway 2 that you can use to go to "la Defense", and have many buses and stations of free bikes "velib".

Paris is a city with many things to see, museums to visit, shops to get in... We would be happy to share our favourites places. If you want to go a bit further, you can take the car. Within 2 hours you will reach "chateaux de la loire", and within 3 hours you will reach "Mont Saint Michel".

Nous avons réalisé un premier échange très réussi au Canada en août 2012. Nous avons hâte d'essayer à nouveau cette expérience.

We are a young couple both coming from the suburbs of Paris.
Alice works as a civil servant in the town hall of Boulogne-Billancourt. She's playing the flute in an orchestra. Xavier is a researcher in robotics at CEA. He loves fixing computers and is practicing climbing. We both liked to travel and to meet new people.

Litlle Felix is 2 years and a half old and goes to the nursery. He loves singing, playing with Duplos and reading books. He's well raised and doesn't touch what doesn't belong to him. Baby Faustine is 6 months old and smiling all the time.
