Our Home
We live in a 120 sm loft in one of the few cohousing experience in Italy. The building is a renewed ex-factory with about 30 families living in. Our apartment is at the ground floor with a patio, a big living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
In common with the other familes we have a nice garden (really a rarity in the Milan area), a 12,5 mt swimming pool, a laundry and a large kitchen/living room where we frequently organize dinners or other happenings.
Another advantage of living in a cohousing is to have nice neighbours! They will be more than happy to help you or just to give you an advice on the best kebab around!

Our Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quite lively with the Design & Architecture Unversity really close to our place and many students living in the area. At walking distance you can find shops, nice bars and restaurants.
The train station is 5 min walk from the house. In another 5 min of train you can reach the city center (Piazza Castello and Brera District). At the same station you can also catch trains for a daytrip to Como Lake (40 min) or Maggiore Lake (50 min).
