Our apartment has been gradually renovated since 2002. Today, we have reorganized our flat with three bedrooms ( one double, two twins) , 2 bathrooms with twin sinks and shower, a roomy kitchen with a six-seat dining table, and a spacious living room.
There is also a little deck that we employ as an open laundry room.
The kitchen is fully furnished with microwaves, toaster, electric grill, coffee machine and much more.
All rooms are bright, incredibly noiseless and air- conditioned .

Cagliari, on the south coast, is the main seaport of the Sardinia. It is an ancient walled city with historical monuments, churches and several hilltop with great views over the sea.
Our flat is located near to the opera house and 2 min walking from the so called 'Parco della musica' surrounded by all the facilities and shops one may need: healthclub , fashion shop, handcraft shop, markets, camera shop, pizza shop.The seaside is only 6 minutes by car from home, and the wide sandy beach named Poetto it’s always a good solution to sunbathe and go for a swim (8 minutes by car) throughout the day.
You can also go out for a meal in the historical center, walking on the ancient bastions or in the narrow old street of the Marina or Villanova district.
The airport is only 10 min far from our home.
If you are interested in golf then there are three within a 35 km radius.
If you are interested in cruisers you can catch a ferry from the main port and enhance your holiday with a short tour of Mediterranean sea.
Cagliari worth a visit, indeed, but it’s also a good travel destination because of its closeness to wonderful beaches where you can relax and enjoy nature's beauty. People always say these are some of the top beaches of the world. The island has for this reason a special charm to Italians , who, indeed, are always interested to go for holydays. Sardinian beaches, really, are every bit as good as some popular exotic places, like Caribbean beaches or Maldive islands !
In conclusion, the south Sardinia as we know it, in our opinion it’s one of the best places to live.

Our 7-seat car is available for exchange
Even on cloudy days and when you are not supposed to spend all day outdoors, we recommend using a high protection sunscreen (SFP 30+) if you don’t are of Mediterranean type skin.
Our cleaning lady will assist you with housework one or twice a week.
