Wonderful Vero Beach beach house on a beautiful, quiet street just 3 blocks from the beach. Located in Central Beach, which is the center of the beach area, you can walk within minutes to top quality restaurants, shops, retail, and nightlife. Or, if you prefer, you may cruise to any of those by golf cart, which will accomodate up to 5 passengers. The home is very comfortable, with a lot of great spaces and a lot of privacy on an oversized lot. A fulll sized swimming pool in the backyard and covered patio areas in front and back to enjoy as well. Very clean, comfortable home that is extremely well maintained with all the conveniences that you will need. Very safe and child friendly (with a pool fence).

Vero Beach, an affluent beach town that is compared to a Florida Martha's Vineyard, offers everything - boating, diving, fishing, great relaxed atmosphere, fine art musuems and wonderful family type activities including parks, recreation activities, and Vero's Disney Resort.

All bedrooms have new Serta top of the line mattresses and each room has natural lighting and a very comfortable beach feel. The master and guest rooms both have king beds. The third room has two singles and a trundle to accomodate a total of 3. If needed, the sunroom sofa has a pull out bed as well. TV's in all rooms. Wireless internet and monitored security system. There is a one car garage that typically houses the golf cart and other beach related items. The home is tiled in the main areas and carpeted in the bedrooms. The home was redone in 2007 and is immaculate.

Central Beach is a terrific location in Vero Beach. As the name implies, Central Beach is in the center of everything and is home to the best restaurants (Ocean Grill, Lemon Tree, and many more), the best hotels (Gloria Estefan's Costa d'Este, Vero Beach Hotel), and great bars, and exquisite high end and cute retail shops.

Many of the restaurants have terrific outdoor seating options and, from there, you can enjoy terrific sunsets and great atmosphere. On many weekends, the city hosts outdoor concerts and various food and art festivals that are right in your backyard.

Also, within a few minutes walking, there are two parks (one on the beach with a great playground and the other on the Indian River with everything from tennis, boat rentals, bike and running trails). The neigborhood is home to some of the finest, most expensive homes in Vero Beach.

Across the bridge, on the mainland, is a great little downtown with even more diing and entertainment options. On those rainy days, the Majestic Theater is the finest around and the award winning Vero Bowl, Game Zone, and Stix Billiard Club give every age something to do.

With kids in school, we usually travel over school holidays and over the summer. Our home is a second home so it does not need to be a simultaneous exchange.

We are open to going anywhere. I like to ski every year and would like to expose my family to it more as they come of age. We love NYC and my girls especially love anything British so London would be a great option. We can either go over holidays or kids breaks from school. We are open to travel to many other places. Suggestions are welcome.

I am Michael and my wife is Nicole. We are long married and have two beautiful, well behaved girls (almost 8 and 4). The girls are excellent travelers and have both lived and traveled in upscale accomodations their entire lives. We are all very respectful of homes. We currently have no pets - although we have had previously and love dogs especially.
