We live in a new, 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath home. It is spacious (over 2,400 sq. feet) , well kept, and comfortable. The kitchen has all modern conveniences, the family room is comfortable with a large sectional couch and a new 52" HD Sony tv with surround sound, Wii, and Xbox. We also have a formal dining room and living room. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom along with a television (the master bath has a jacuzzi tub and double vanities). One of the boys’ room has a queen size bed and is decorated in a surfing theme, and the guest room has a full size bed. The 4th bedroom has a new queen size bed and is decorated in a sports theme. We have an in ground pool in our backyard surrounded by lawn and a patio. There is also a Weber gas grill for those summer barbecues. The pool does not have a gate around it so we can only consider exchanges with pool safe families. We have air conditioning, two gas fireplaces, a washer and dryer, an Imac with high speed internet, Wifi, cable TV, DVD, stereo, a CD player. There is a neighborhood park/playground 2 blocks away and 540 acres of hiking trails with beautiful views 150 feet from our front door.

We live in Healdsburg, California. Healdsburg is located in Sonoma County, wine country (surrounded by over 60 wineries) , and is a little over one hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Healdsburg is a tranquil, beautiful town, tucked between the Alexander, Dry Creek, and Russian River Valleys. There is a golf course in town (and others nearby) , plenty of hiking trails, a large lake with boat rentals within a 15 minute drive, and the Russian River for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. The downtown plaza dates back to 1867 and is a fabulous place for a picnic. It is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shops, spas, and antique stores. There is also a Native American gaming casino within a 20 minute drive for those who enjoy gambling or for a different experience schedule a hot air ballon ride! There are many activities to do here in Sonoma County, but if you are interested in a faster pace, San Francisco is an easy car ride away.

We are a family of 4. Kim is a Kindergarten teacher and Tom is in the grocery business. We have two sons: Our eldest is 19 and a college student and Eagle Scout. Our youngest is 16 and in high school. He plays football, basketball, baseball, and is in drama. We enjoy being able to provide the boys many life experiences and are proud that they have grown up to become respectful and considerate young men. We are a busy family and look forward to our family vacations so that we can spend time together exploring new destinations!
