This two bed room cottage has about 1000 sq ft of space and has 2 bath and a well equipted kitchen stove, refrig. and microwave. It has in room telephone service, TV and DVD Player. They have horse back riding, new heated pool (lazy river) there are two restaurants on property and free computer and Wi Fi service.
Laundry room and general store are open 7:00am to 9:00pm daily and a US Post Office is on site and open 5 days a week.. The Bar and grill is open daily and has a good selection of spirits.
Hiking trails are everywhere and you can walk a segment of the Appalachian Trail with out any trouble, as the trail is on the property... During the summer there is free intertainment nearly every night.
Fontana Lake is over 400 feet deep and is one of the best Trout and Small Mouth Bass lakes in America. Fishing boats are for rent on the property and boat rides are available for a fee..
The fall color is spectacular and the resort is at 1700+ feet above sea level so it is always cooler in the summer.

The fall color is the best in the world. It is easy to get too as a four lane highway comes within 18 miles of the property. There are two small towns less than 20 miles away where there are medical services and grocery and hardware as well as Auto service centers. Hiking and Mountain Bike opportunities are everywhere.
