Our home is just 30 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and just a few miles from 3 world class ski resorts: The Canyons, Deer Valley, and Park City Mountain Resort. We have a beautiful 1900 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, comfortable and open family room and modern kitchen. There is a barbeque grill as well as a welcoming hot tub on the back deck for year round relaxation. The master bedroom is very spacious, as is the master bath. There is a washer/dryer, wireless internet, 42" HDTV with Cable/Pandora/Netflix in family room. The house is professionally cleaned often and will be before and after your stay.

We also have a very nice home for exchange in Goodyear, AZ at Estrella Mountain Ranch with golf, tennis, pickleball, biking and hiking trails in the desert and a delightful climate most of the year. You are close to Phoenix International racetrack and Major League Baseball Spring training for Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians.


We are open to most any offer, especially international in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, or really anywhere! We love to travel and would love for you to experience our beautiful mountains and outdoor experiences that we enjoy every day, and would like to experience your home location.

The home is close to the Spring Creek Trailhead and less than a mile to the "Redstone" area with Starbucks, Best Buy, Whole Foods market, movie theatres, fitness and recreation center, bowling, boutique shopping and delicious restaurants. Historic Park City Main Street is 6 miles away, with world class restaurants and plenty of enjoyable night life. Though close to the hustle and bustle of The Redstone area and Historic Main Street, our home is still quiet and off the beaten path. It is located in Blackhawk Station subdivision overlooking Spring Creek and backs up onto a nature preserve and trailhead, great for hiking and mountain biking.

The bus line into town and to the ski resorts is 0.2 miles from the house, but renting a car is most convenient. For avid skiers, world famous ski resorts are very nearby. The Canyons is just 3 miles away, Park City Mountain Resort is 6 miles, and Deer Valley is just beyond Park City. The Utah Olympic Park, which held the 2002 Olympic bobsled, skeleton, luge and ski jumping events can be seen from the living room window.

Hiking, rock climbing (in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and around Utah), mountain biking, or an Olympic experience at the Utah Olympic Park and much more are available. Also in the summer, enjoy free outdoor concerts right on the Swanner nature preserve, within walking or biking distance from our home. There are also outdoor concerts at the Deer Valley amphitheater that is a fantastic venue for live music events. You can take a hot air balloon ride over the Park City area and surrounding mountains for an un-matched view and unforgettable experience.

Diane and I own homes in Park City, UT and Goodyear, Arizona which is outside Phoenix.
We both have grown children and have traveled extensively to different parts of the world.
Diane is a nurse working in pharmaceutical clinical trials and I am a semi retired medical device sales and marketing consultant. We have flexible schedules.

We love the mountains and outdoor recreation and parks in Utah and the deserts and great climate of Arizona.

We had a great exchange with a New Zealand man and his son this past January and ready to plan another exchange.
