Cute cottage in close proximity to Melbourne city, Chapel Street, Toorak Road, Botanic Gardens, Tennis Centre, MCG, Trains, trams and buses. Local market and shopping strip within 5mins walk. Great indoor/outdoor living in vibrant location. House is very private with a fabulous Family room opening to a large courtyard with BBQ, outdoor heater, and awning that allows all weather use of space. Both bedrooms have walkin robes and ensuites and there is another combined bathroom/laundry in the house.

My name is Barbara and I am recently retired, with plenty of time on my hands. Love to travel and I do spend quite a lot of time in NZ as I have a daughter studying over there. Can be flexible with dates and length of stays. No pets to look after and garden is self managed. Lovely citrus trees in back garden that produce fruit almost all year round.
