Beautiful 60 sq mt loft with two terraces (30 and 15 sq mt) in a condo surrounded by the park. Historical center at few miles and all the amenities just outside the building.

The loft is located on the top floor (sixth floor) of a building and it's an open space all decorated.
It is equipped with a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom, a dressing room and two terraces connected to the living room with two large French windows, which in the warm periods make it all one big indoor / outdoor room. One of the two terraces is furnished and they both have two beautiful views,one on the Insugherata Natural Reserve and the other one on the Monte Mario hill.

From March to October the terraces are flowered and surrounded by the scents and colors of the fox grapes, bouganvilles and a lot of flowers.

Bellissimo Loft di 60 mq con 2 terrazze abitabili (30 e 15 mq) e in un quartiere circondato dal verde. Centro storico a pochi minuti e tutti i comfort sotto casa.

Il Loft si trova all'ultimo piano (il sesto) di un condominio ed è un open space minimal arredato in stile New York, con una cucina, un soggiorno, una camera da letto con bagno e cabina armadio e 2 terrazze abitabili collegate al salotto con ampie porte-finestre, che nei periodi caldi rendono il tutto un unico grande ambiente interno/esterno. Una delle due terrazze è arredata ma hanno entrambe 2 splendide viste, una sulla Riserva Naturale dell'Insugherata e una sulla collina abitata di Monte Mario. Da Marzo a ottobre le terrazze sono fiorite e avvolte dai profumi e dai colori della vite americana e della bouganville.

In casa possono dormire comodamente 2 persone.

My loft is located in the beautiful green district of Ponte Milvio and Monte Mario, and it offers to everyone a unique opportunity: it is possible both to stay in a prosperous of natural woods place and in the heart of the city.
10-15 minutes from the historical center of Rome by scooter or car (at your disposal if you need them) or 30 minutes by public transport.
It's a very convenient area because just below the apartment (30 SECONDS walking) there is all that you need :
a well-stocked supermarket (even organic products), a good restaurant, a pharmacy, a bar, a beauty salon, a gym, a bank with 24/7 ATM machine and a small family park with basketball court, beach volleyball and a soccer field.
It's a a very quiet and clean area and really close to the center of the architectural wonders of Rome and roman nightlife which occurs between the many bars and restaurants of Ponte Milvio, 5 minutes from the loft, still using the scooter or the car.

The house overlooks the Insugherata Natural Reserve, that features ancient Roman villas, which are now archaeological sites, and a variety of vegetation such as, willow, poplar, hornbeam, flowering ash, chestnut, oak and maple trees. The most prevalent wood vegetation is the cork oak, for which the area gets its name. There are also numerous wildlife species that are only found along the Italian peninsula, like the spectacled salamander. Other animals at the reserve are hedgehogs, moles, porcupines, dormice, and nesting birds such as the kestrel, the pheasant, dove and the cuckoo.

In the area there is also the now famous Bridge of Love, Ponte Milvio precisely, celebrated by books and movies for the ritual of the padlocks. The young lovers of Rome write their names on a padlock and they attach it to the bridge or to a lampposts declaring eternal love and they throw the key into the river (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/08/06/world/europe/06rome.html).

Closed to the apartment there is also the famous Olympic Stadium, temple of Roma and Lazio football teams.

Il mio Loft si trova nel bellissimo quartiere immerso nel verde di Monte Mario/Ponte Milvio, che offre un'opportunità unica di visitare Roma, trovandosi contemporaneamente nel cuore della città e a due passi da una Riserva naturale.

E' a 10-15 minuti dal centro storico di Roma in scooter o in macchina (a vostra disposizione se ne avete bisogno) o 30 minuti con i mezzi pubblici.
E' una zona davvero molto comoda, perchè appena sotto l'appartamento (30 secondi a piedi) si trova tutto ciò che serve avere a portata di mano: un supermercato ben fornito (anche con prodotti biologici), un buon ristorante, una farmacia, un bar, un centro estetico, una palestra e un piccolo parco per famiglie con campo da basket, beach volley e calcetto.
La casa si affaccia sulla Riserva Naturale dell'Insugherata, nella quale ci sono antiche ville romane, ora siti archeologici, e una varietà di vegetazione come il salice, il pioppo, il carpino nero, l' orniello, castagno, querce e aceri. La vegetazione boschiva più diffusa è la quercia da sughero, dalla quale la Riserva prende il nome. Ci sono anche numerose specie selvatiche che si trovano solo lungo la penisola italiana, come la salamandrina dagli occhiali. Altri animali nella riserva sono ricci, talpe, istrici, ghiri, e gli uccelli nidificanti come il gheppio, il fagiano, la tortora e il cuculo.

E' una zona estremamente silenziosa, tranquilla e pulita, ma a breve distanza dal centro delle meraviglie architettoniche della Capitale e della movida romana che si incontra tra i numerosi bar e ristoranti di Ponte Milvio, a 5 minuti dal Loft, sempre usando lo scooter o la macchina.

In zona c'è poi l'ormai famosissimo Ponte dell'Amore, Ponte Milvio appunto, celebrato da libri e film per il rituale dei lucchetti. I giovani fidanzati di Roma scrivono i propri nomi su un lucchetto e gettano la chiave nel fiume dopo averlo attaccato ad un lampione del ponte, dichiarandosi così amore eterno. Nei pressi dell'appartamento c'è anche il famoso Stadio Olimpico, tempio calcistico della Roma e della Lazio. Se la domenica avete voglia di calcio, è il posto adatto per raggiungere lo stadio.
