Our Home
1-BD / 1-BTH apartment (800 sqft, 1-bed, 1-bath, full kitchen) in a great location, just south of Central Park. Our unit is on the 7th floor of a 1910's elevator building, laundry facilities in the basement. Wood and tile floors, high ceilings with lots of turn-of-the-century details.
There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and we have two very comfortable air mattress for the living room. We also have a cat who would need looking after while we're gone.
Our Neighborhood
Our apartment is just off of bustling 6th Avenue, on the edge of Manhattan's theatre district, and a 5-minute walk from Central Park. We are less than half a mile from Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, the Theater District, Times Square, Hell's Kitchen, and 5th Ave shopping. It's in a very safe neighborhood, surrounded by hotels, shops, restaurants, and--best of all--subway stops (R, Q, N, F are accessible without even crossing a street).

About Us
We are working professionals in our early 30's. Titus is a Google software engineer and Victoria works for the New York Hall of Science. We are incredibly lucky that our jobs permit working vacations, and we like to use the opportunity to house swap for various cities.
