Our Home
We have a 160m2 dupplex, perfectly equiped.
Ground floor: 1 room suite (with Bathroom), 1 Room for kids (3 beds), 1 Playing room (with 1 sofa-bed), 1 Kids bathroom
First Floor: Kitchen, Living room, 1 Dormer/Attic (1 double bed), 1 bathroom and two terraces.
We leave in a block of 100 appartments and the building counts with elevator. We also have a coomon zone with swimming pool and a playpen for the kids.
We leave in front of one of the Sportive complex of the city, so we don't have buildings in front and a nice view to "Montserrat" can be enjoyed from the house.

Sant Joan Despí is a more residencial place, located at only 15 mins from the center of Barcelona.
It is perfect for families with kids, who want to enjoy all the facilities of the big city at the same time than feeling relaxed when arriving at home (less traffic; more quiet, more parks..).
There are 4-5 neighbouroughs in Sant Joan Despí. Our house is located in the new area of Sant Joan Despí, which is a residential place called l'Eixample.
It is perfect for families with kids, who want to enjoy all the facilities of the big city at the same time than feeling relaxed when arriving at home (less traffic; more quiet, more parks..).

Ideally, we would like to travel with another family composed of 4 members. Therefore, if you have another friend that wants to exchange with you, please contact us. We need accomodation for 8 and we can accomodate 8 in our party.

About Us
We are a couple (Isabel -37 & Fausto-40) with 2 kids of 7 (Nicolas) and 4 (Lucas). We are a very open-minded family, that like spending time with our friends and family. Fausto works in a Bank and he practices a lot of sport (he is a marathon man). Isabel works at the European Basketball League, leading the CSR department and doing "some good" for the communitiy. Isabel is a music woman.
