Our Home
My modern inner city apartment is in a prestige building with 24 hour security.
The apartment is light and has ducted air conditioning and heating.
A generous balcony has a table seating 8 plus a gas barbeque/grill
The living room is open plan and has a large flat screen TV and Bose stereo system and the kitchen is very well equipped with such things as coffee grinder, food processor, pasta machine and juicer, among others.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the master has a walk in robe and ensuite.
There is also a separate laundry room in the apartment.
The heated pool, gym and sauna are indoors on level 1.
There is a building manager on site between 8am and midnight, after which a security guard is on duty.
The area is clean and safe and close to public transport.

The city centre is a short walk and the surrounding areas have an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, clothing stores and bookshops.
There are several tram and bus stops outside the apartment which will enable you to access any suburb.
The river is a 5 minute walk away and the art galleries and theatres are within walking distance.
Although I am inner city, a 5 minute walk will have you in a quiet suburban area.
The bay and beaches are a also a short distance..
The South Melbourne fresh food market and a large supermarket are a 5 minute walk.
As Victoria is a small state, it is possible to be on the Great Ocean road, the wine growing area or the mountains within 1 hour.
There are also many bike and walking trails within the city leading to the outer areas

About Us
I am a retired musician and I have been the Head of performing arts departments within Universities and institutions in Australia and Singapore involved in the training performers.
I currently work on contract to a variety of universities and training institutions and therefore, flexible in my ability to be involved in an exchange.
I usually travel with a friend and am open to an extended exchange.
