Newly Renovated Upper Montclair home w/ Three Bedrooms and Three full Baths, one half Bath, can sleep eight, working fireplace, A/C, w/d, d/w, large yard, friendly neighbors, beautiful town centers. Large Master Bedroom with living room area and TV. Fully loaded childrens basement with toy closet, flat screen, w X-Box,and Netflix.

You are also quite close to other major American cities. For example, you are 2 hours from Philadelphia, 3 hours from Boston, and 4 hours from Washington, DC and all are accessible by either car or train

The address of our home is in Upper Montclair NJ, approx. 14 miles west of Manhattan. But New York City is very close and my husband works in the City. There are a few options to get into the city which is only 20 minutes away. You can drive but finding parking may be a challenge, You may prefer to take the bus in which picks you up only steps from our house and you can also take the train in which is quite easy as well.

If you are looking to come to New York City, we can help you plan your trip by providing guidance on the best dining, entertainment, and tourist options. You can explore Broadway shows, Central Park, the Statue of Liberty, Wall St., Times Square, Harlem & Brooklyn, Bronx Zoo, and do some shopping in SOHO! :-)

Depending on the time of the year, you can also explore the New Jersey shore which is approximately an hour away. We love spending time at the beach and find it a welcome break from the hectic pace of the city.

Regarding the car exchange, we also have a BMW 530i which you may wish to use but we'd need verification of auto insurance prior to moving forward.

Upper Montclair New Jersey is a whimsical and artsy, high end environment. Our meticulously kept homes are full of chidlren and laughter. Never a dull moment with NYC-20 min. away, Jersey Shore-45 min away (Long Branch Recomended), and Upper Montclair & Montclair centers nearby! Beautiful around the Holidays, Earthy and Mysterious New England Falls, Fully loaded fun in the sun during the summer ( Pool, park aand Iris Gardens around the corner.) You wont miss a beat, a place the whole family can enjoy!

We would like to stay for at least 2 weeks and potentially up to 6 weeks.

We are in our early thirties and have been married for seven years. We have a five year old girl and a three year old boy. My husband works as an Enterprise Account Manager for Microsoft in Manhattan and I am a painter & stay at home with the kids. We have no pets, my son is allergic to them, as well as peanuts and kiwis.

We spend a lot of time on the shore, and in town where we get ice cream at Apple Gate Farms and ColdStone. We love to shop in the city and go to parks. Our friends keep us busy with play dates and parties. We also hike on the mountain, this house is situated on high points, not to far from the hiking grounds. We take lots of walks and eat out. If you come you must try our bakery, Le Bakers Dozen! Peanut Free!!!

This is an opportunity for us to expose our children to the world and we've only traveled modestly, having been to Istanbul, Rome, France, Spain, and Dubai.
