On the ground level the open plan living dining area has a vaulted ceiling and large entertaining kitchen, with ocean views. This designer residence is centrally located on the Sunshine coast with easy drives to all the major attractions including Noosa and Maroocyhdore, Australia Zoo and Brisbane. Sitting in a quiet cul de sac with no through traffic its safe for children.

Walking distance to the PGA golf course at the Hyatt and within easy drives to many other world class golf courses. Scuba dive the HMS Brisbane just off shore, Whale watch from Mooloolaba or Harvey Bay, Many walking and cycling tracks for all abilities with an abundance of wildlife such as Kangaroos, koalas, parrots and eagles, this is our little piece of paradise that we would like you to see.

We are open to anywhere in the USA to ski over the Christmas period.

We are a professional couple with 2 kids and a great dane dog. We enjoy skiing and sailing, cities and culture, music and theatre.
