Ours is a stylish two bedroom, terrace apartment in the chic, upscale neighbourhood of Bandra. Our eclectic home has been featured in design magazines.
We occupy the top floor of a six storey apartment building with Elevator,Video intercom and 24 hour Doorman and Security. The entire apartment is Air conditioned.
We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a 46 inch HD TV with satellite dish, Blu-ray and dvd player with a Bose home theater system.
The second bedroom has a 32 inch LCD TV with satellite dish and dvd player.
Both bedrooms have double beds.
We also have an Office with computer and wi- fi internet.
The Living and Dining areas and the Office all have full length sliding glass doors that open out on to the plant filled terrace.
The terrace has alfresco dining.

The modern kitchen has a big Fridge, Microwave and Cooking range with Oven.
There is a separate, small laundry area within the apartment with a Washing machine and Dryer.
We have a cleaning maid coming in daily.
We offer the use of our car on a reciprocal basis. A moderately priced driver service is also available.
We are happy to also offer the use of our two bedroom apartment in Goa, the most popular holiday destination in India. Our Goa apartment is located in an exclusive, gated community with a large pool and gym.

Bandra is an upscale and charming locality close to the sea, where many film stars of Bollywood reside. Bandra is the Greenwich village of Mumbai and there are a lot of fun, trendy shopping places, bars and local eateries as well as fine international cuisine options, all within easy walking distance. Our superbly located apartment has an international gourmet food and wine deli/store adjacent. There is a cinema very close by that plays English movies, 24 hour chemist, restaurants, provision/grocery stores, all of which provide free home delivery. There are fresh fruit and vegetable markets close by.
Mumbai is known for it's vibrant nightlife and Bandra has some of the best on offer!
Mumbai also has several historical and heritage sites and we will be happy to advise you on sightseeing.

We also have a home in Goa, a very popular holiday destination internationally.
You can stay in our Mumbai home and then fly to Goa which is only a 45 minute flight.
The Goa apartment has two Air conditioned Bedrooms, two en suite bathrooms, kitchen, sit out balconies, living and dining area.
There is a large pool and also a gym in this private enclave which also has maid service on request and 24 hour security.

I'm a Filmmaker and newspaper columnist.
