Living in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath + office condo is like living in a fish bowl... Glass and natural light in every room. The view to the south is the Gulf of Mexico: that's all... no buildings, no power lines, no streets... just the beautiful white beach leading into the turquoise and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is on the 16th floor of a 23 floor building serviced by 3 elevators. The master bedroom, living room and dining area all enjoy views of the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom and the office look north over the activity of Panama City Beach with lots of fun places and restaurants within walking distance. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combination, walk-in closet and glass doors to the balcony. A king size bed is found in the master and a queen size in the 2nd bedroom. Also, you will find a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Wi-Fi, DVD player, OnDemand, DVR and 40 channels of music reside in the living room TV cabinet. You will find a TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You will love the balcony. It is 9 ft deep overlooking the pools, beach and Gulf, then it wraps around the side of the building and offers another balcony on the back, where you can see the activity of PCB, We spend hours every day on the balcony. You will have plenty of patio furniture for dining, sitting and relaxing.... and a fireplace!! Because the side windows face east, you will get to enjoy the sunrise and from the balcony, you can enjoy the sunset. Total space is 2500+ sq ft. We have 2 senior cats who are quite spoiled.... just eat and sleep all day. This home is available for simultaneous exchange only, However, we do have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach vacation home just 3 miles down the beach, with wonderful furnishings and an unbelievable view. Our condo is on Panama City Beach, a 27 mile long island on the Gulf of Mexico. You will find hospitals, all major shopping/stores, etc.just 10 minutes away in Panama City. Here on the beach, within 5 minutes drive, there are several major grocery stores, Wal-Mart, medical clinics, many pharmacies, too-many-to-count fast food restaurants, middle-of-the-road restaurants (all ethnicities) as well as fine dining. Auto services are abundant, as are shopping from Dollar Store to boutiques to Pier Park Shopping Experience. A 16 screen movie theatre at Pier Park now offers an IMAX screen. From our door to the newest airport in the USA is 25 minutes. The airport opened in May, 2010 and is 15 minutes from Pier Park. The PCBeach is a resort area with people here all year round to enjoy the fun and climate. Warmer is winter and cooler in summer than the northern and midwest US, yet not as humid as southern Florida. So entertainment is the name of our game. Five golf courses are located here on the island, and more within a short drive. Water activities like parasailing, wave runners, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing (deep-sea, pier, beach, bay and inter-coastal) added to the multitude of entertainment opportunities and amusement parks make this a fun destination.

We are animal lovers and have 2 senior cats. They sleep the required 18 hours each day, but are spoiled and like people. We would like guests to take care of them -- we will leave all info and supplies here in condo. If you are gone from the condo for a few days (DisneyWorld, Key West maybe?), we have neighbors who will come in and take care of them. Otherwise, they are low-maintenance. We have a 2008 Toyota Avalon and a 2004 Ford pick-up truck (both automatic and all power equipment) that we can arrange for transportation. Our neighbors are great and will be delighted to help you any way they can.

We love to go to places we have not visited. We enjoy outdoor activities and city attractions as well; animal and adventure lovers. Open to any destination, but since we live on one of the world's most beautiful beaches, beach destinations are not a priority.

We are Joann and David -- retired and loving every day of life in Panama City Beach. We are senior citizens and we love to travel. But we love being at home in our condo, too. I retired from 30+ years in education and David retired from the insurance industry. We also ran a number of businesses thru the years and amassed many great skills and memories from our experiences. We often travel with another couple of senior citizens and sometimes will need a place for 2 couples. There will never be children with us. However, our 2 senior cats will be at the condo. They sleep most of the day, but may beg for food and attention from time to time. We will leave all necessary information on the cats, with food and supplies. We would like to also exchange autos. We have a Toyota Avalon with all accessories and a Ford pick-up -- whichever would suit your needs.
