This is such a comfortable home. Bright and airy open floor plan centers around the kitchen. I love to cook and entertain and hope that you may like to as well. The furnishings and decor are definitely designed to invite ease of living and maximize comfort. There are three fireplaces, including one in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom, and an outdoor hidden patio with firepit for chilly fall evenings (toasting marshmallows!). An outdoor shower looking out at the mountain view is just off of the deck where you will find a 4 person hot tub. A cozy den has a large screen TV for movie nights. Take advantage of the gym in the barn for yoga sessions, spinning or rowing workouts or rowdy ping pong tournaments.

Opera, ballet, film festivals, hockey/basketball/football games, lecture series...you name it, Dartmouth College has it!

It would be great if you would be willing to care for Sparky, our aging long haired calico cat. A sweetheart! The dogs can go off to a friend's house while we are away.

We also have a 2 bedroom condo in Boston and would be happy to arrange for non-simultaneous exchanges.

Quiet residential area, the house is set well off the road and offers great privacy. A wonderful community of people surround us, but only if you want to see anyone. Spend time walking, biking or skiing the local network of trails and then enjoy cocktails on the deck watching the setting sun reflect off Moose Mt.

We have a 2 bedroom condo in Boston that could be exchanged simultaneously or non. It is in the Charlestown neighborhood, an area with a few really great restaurants, lots of Boston history and walking distance to the Boston Science Museum and the North End (home of amazing Italian eateries). The condo is small and charming with 2 beds, 1 bath, new kitchen, fireplace, wood floors, high ceilings. It is the first floor of an old, restored triple decker in a quiet residential neighborhood. 10 minute walk to the nearest subway stop. This is a second home for me and therefore available for exchange at any time.

We like to go away for the month of November each year, but would consider other times of the year as well.
