Four bedroom, Four bathroom house. Roof top deck with ocean peak. Patio. 3 story townhome. 2200 square feet. 3rd floor is open living room, dining room, kitchen. Master bedroom with soaking tub and guest bedroom with a queen mattress. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, bottom floor is an office with computer, wi-fi, and pull out bed full size. Play room on bottom floor for kids.

Chefs kitchen (I like to cook a lot). Fireplace in living room and master bedroom. Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Two decks, one with ocean peak.

Walking distance to beach, parks, restaurants, Redondo and Hermosa Beach piers, fishing, sailing, surfing, etc. Disneyland- 45 minute drive. Hollywood -30 minute drive (without traffic).

You can see the ocean from our home and you can walk there in about 7 minutes. The strand of the South Bay in Los Angeles is beautiful and everything you would want in walking distance. Great restaurants, fishing, sailing, surfing, sunbathing, casual and fine dining. If you choose to drive, all your Los Angeles sights are not far away. Santa Barbara and San Diego both 2 hours in the car. Las Vegas is 4-5 hours drive. Santa Monica 30 minutes. Hollywood 30 minutes (without traffic). Disneyland is 30 minutes. Everything is centrally located.

We like to travel between November and January for the holidays.

We are also looking to be in Maui for a friend's wedding on May 23rd, 2013. If you want to do an exchange for about a week during this time, we would love to talk to you. We also am interested in any Thanksgiving exchanges. We are always looking to travel to new places. Beaches are always something we gravitate to.

We are also looking to visit Europe near wine country in August 2013 and would love to find a place to accomodate 6 adults and one child.

We are Jonathan and Kristen, a family of three with a daughter who is three years old. We are working professionals and casual in lifestyle. Our top floor is an entertaining floor with a large dining room table, chefs kitchen, and Xbox for your kids and/or adult pleasures. Our home is comfortable, relaxed, and has a family feel. We have lots of kids toys. Our two cats, Emerald and Chi, are friendly and indoor cats so please do not let them convince you to take them outside... We have a 2000 Nissan Xterra for lending to your family. 4 wheel drive, dependable car. It has a few scratches on it so you can hopefully feel comfortable driving on LA freeways. Bikes in our garage which is a beautiful way to spend your vacation (its how we spend our weekends).
