It is furnished very nicely with antique pine wood furniture, queen size bed and a couch that opens up to sleep two more people, flat screen TV...a hammock (it's tucked away but very accessible). New comfortable window seat to read, nap and take in the view. It has a separate windowed kitchen and a dressing area. A typical NYC problem...unfortunately not much closet space. The apartment is in one of the best areas of Manhattan! The Upper West Side...in a beautiful, quiet, residential area near everything that NYC has to offer:
Theater/Central Park/Fairway/Zabars/Movies/LincolnCenter/Museums/Shopping/BeaconTheatre/The Highline/Subway/Bus. Great transportation. The building is surrounded by landscaped gardens as well as Riverside Park and the beautiful Riverside Promenade. I would be happy to give you many wonderful restaurant and sightseeing ideas. About Us
I am a semi-retired professional (film production) in my early 60's-- very responsible, respectful and caring. I have lived and traveled worldwide. We (I sometimes travel with my wonderful guy) are experienced home exchangers - it is a fabulous way of traveling. My son, who is also in the film industry, lives in Los Angeles so I am always interested in a LA exchange...but aaahhh Italy and the Greek Islands! We recently returned from a very successful month long exchange on the Greek Island of AntiParos!
