Our house can be described as a classic Italian-style apartment. We have a kitchen, a large living room separated by an arch with a fireplace, with windows overlooking the valley. The bedroom is furnished with antique furniture (passed down through generations), while the children's room is an explosion of color (there is also a PC, a TV and satellite receiver). A bathroom with shower / tub where we placed a washer and a dryer. Finally a small room where the necessary clutter. We have a dolby 5 +1, which we have connected a satellite receiver and LCD TV with an Xbox 360 with Kinect. Of course there is a PC and the wireless internet. The air conditioning is available in rooms and lounge.
To be precise, we have 3 beds and 1 sofa bed for two people.
A double bed is in our bedroom, two small beds are in the children's bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room (which we use for guests).

San Gemini was founded more than 8 centuries ago and since then have been handed down traditions and can be recognized the good food and good wine. Our little town has a medieval character typically found in every detail of construction and the life that flows easily and quiet, surrounded by greenery.

The village of San Gemini was voted "one of the most beautiful villages in Italy" (www.borghitalia.it) and as a city "Slow Food" (www.slowfood.it) ... Here you can find great food and wine of unmistakable quality.
San Gemini is a great location to visit Italy because Italy itself at the center and close to many points of interest, a few chiloetri the A1 motorway that runs through Italy from North to South

For this year we have planned a tour, so we don't need an home exchange but our house is still available for the 2nd and 3rd week of August and we can arrange for non simultaneus exchange for the year 2014.

My wife and I, we have educated our two children in a respectful manner.
I work as an electronics technician in a local company and my wife owns a hair salon in the town.
The first home exchange was last year (Solana Beach, Calif.) and was a great experience and would like to repeat.
