My flat is on the second floor of a new building in a lovely street with wonderful shops and restaurantes (including one the most renowned Sardinian specialities). At 50 meters from my apartment there is subway, with few stops will take you to the historic center: PIAZZA DI SPAGNA, COLOSSEO, FONTANA DI TREVI. Under house there is also the bus stop to the center of Rome and 30 mt from my flat there is taxi station. The luck of the place where I'm is that it is within 100 meters from the beautiful park of Caffarella. The place is very safe and my house is equipped with a video. The apartment is recently renovated, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Lounge and Kichenette. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV LCD, internet e fax. In the salon there is also the confortable sofa that becomes another bed. My neighbors are very kind.

Our Neighborhood
The place where I live is on the beatiful street, and is well connected by subway and bus. There are typical restaurantes, bar, pub, shops, markets, spa, and one of the most famous bakery that sells great ice creams. At the end of the my street, there is a big park, "Caffarella".
There is beautiful lake to Castel Gandolfo (40 km) by car.
