Our Home
This house is a lovely wood construction, built with love by the master carpenter who is our landlord. It has high ceilings, wood floors, fireplace and woodstove, a nice deck in looking out into the backyard and is surrounded by woods. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped and large kitchen. Internet Wifi available. We have musical instruments (piano, guitar, etc.), a canoe and three kayaks at your disposal.
Our Neighborhood
Cape Cod is the most popular beach vacation area in the Northeast US, with its beautiful beaches, the unique and protected Cape Cod National Seashore, its sand dunes, lovely harbors and the picturesque villages. Cape Cod Bay and the nearby Stellwagen Bank are world-famous for the visits of hundreds of whales year round, and a whalewatch is a must on your visit here. The area is also known for art galleries and fine restaurants. Brewster is one of the quietest towns on the Cape, and is centrally located. Our home is only 5 minutes from Cape Cod bay beaches; 3 minutes from a pretty swimming pond. Also nearby: nature walks, golf courses, and much more. We have lived here ten years, and lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, and we look forward to introducing you to all its wonders.

About Us
We are four: Liam is an international consultant working mostly with the United Nations. He travels frequently and speaks spanish and french in addition to english. Laurie is a potter and a journalist, and former naturalist and whale-watch guide. Our son Sander is 14 and is an avid musician, artist and movie-maker. Our daughter Thea is 11 and loves acting. We love to travel and we're looking forward to our next home exchange.
