This is an old house (1846 for half of it, 1600 for the other part) totaly renovated in 2010, and has 120m2. It is a very confortable and sunny home, with a nice kitchen/dining room, a large living room with a grand piano (Bechstein - 1956), hifi, hi-speed internet, Sony playstation 3 and video projector, laundry, bathroom (tub and large shower) and 3 bedrooms. One of it is very pleasant for children (playing room).

La Bigottiere is a small typical village, in north of Pays de la Loire (France), very quiet. There's a little grocery in the village. Supermarket, swimming-pool, cinema and other activities are possible at 15 minutes drive.

Between Normandy, Anjou and Brittany, near the most of medieval cities of Marches de Bretagne, you could visit :
- Le Mont Saint Michel, 1h10
- Rennes, Le Mans and Angers (nice old cities), 1h15
- Paris, 3h drive or 1h35 by train
- Chateaux de la Loire, 2h30 drive
- Deauville, Honfleur, 2h40 drive

But also a lot of places, not very famous but beautiful, near the house : Sainte-Suzanne (medieval village), Fougeres (the biggest medieval fortress in Europe), the sea coast in Normandy or Britany, Laval, Dinan, Mayenne, Fontaine-Daniel, etc. Nice walks to do, with family or not, excellent restaurants not expensive.

This is a perfect place to discover west of France.

I am 33, born in Burgundy, and I live for 10 years in Mayenne, after having growing up in south of France... and I don't want to leave ! My friend is 31 and have two boys (7&8 YO).
