The duplex apartment is located on the top floor ( elevator ready on 2013) of a typical Genoese building, the apartament is very cosy.!

On the first floor is the small hall that communicates with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, elegantly fully furnished, with antiques, carpets, paintings, "venetian stucco" light pink walls .
In the attic floor thre are: one large bedroom with a french bed, one closet, a second bedroom/studio with a single bed, a staircase leads to the small balcony overviewing the rooftops, the port, the Lanterna, a bathroom with shower idromassage, the heating is autonomous.
The apartment is really nice and well cared in every detail, all the floor in the attic is wooden. The walls of the first bedroom are painted with tromphe l'oeil, the apartment is furnished with antiques.

L'appartamento duplex è situato all'ultimo piano (ascensore 2013)di un condominio tipico genovese,non adatto a persone anziane o con problemi di "gambe*, le scale non sono una bellezza ma quando si entra nell'appartamento tutto cambia!

Al primo piano il piccolo ingresso che comunica con un ampio soggiorno sala pranzo cucina, elegantemente arredato con mobili antichi tappeti, quadri, muri stucco veneziano rosa.
Salendo una scala in ardesia nera si trova al piano superiore mansardato una ampia camera da letto con letto di una piazza e mezzo, un spogliatoio, una seconda camera da letto studio con un letto a una piazza, una piccola scala di ardesia porta sul terrazzino con vista sui tetti e sul porto, un bagno con box doccia con idromassaggio, il riscaldamento é autonomo.
L'appartamento è veramente bello e ben curato nei minimi dettagli, il pavimento nella zona letto è di legno. Le pareti della prima camera hanno tromphe l'oeil, tutto l'appartamento è arredato con mobili antichi.

My very characteristic duplex apartment is located close the port of Genoa at the entrance to the "Porto Antico" and very close (150 m) to the famous Aquarium.

Il mio appartamento duplex molto caratteristico è situato nella zona del porto di Genova proprio all'entrata del Porto Antico e vicinissimo ( 150 m.) al famoso acquario.
Il quartiere è molto vivace e multietnico, moltissimi bar,ristoranti,wine bar, università, cinema, palestre, negozi di tutti i tipi, supermercati,pizzerie ecc. ecc.
Fermate autobus sotto casa, metropolitana a pochi metri,nell'are del porto antico in primavera e in estate é disponibile un servizio di battelli per visitare La famosa Portfino e camogli,questo servizio è molto comodo ed economico,il modo migliore per visitare la riviera di levante.
Aereoporto raggiungibile in 20 minuti stazione principe raggingibile con metropolitana in 5 minuti, spiagge raggiungibili con autobus in 15 minuti.

I enjoyed a lot the places the hospitality the very friendly owners.

I want to thanks one more time my American friends Maureen/Neil , they gave me hospitality in their beautiful house in Northville for two Months last Summer!!!!!! We had great fun, we went also to New York and to Cap Code they are an extraotdinary couple.

I want also to thank David .for swap his beautiful apartament in Siesta Key for a whole March and for the unforgettable rides by boat , And Janna for have spent her time going shopping with me showing the best shops in Sarasota! I apreciated very much their care to make me feel good!

Looking forward to reward them, waiting for their arrival in Genoa .... on next June
