Our home is a lovely apartment in front of the sea, where the sounds of the sea crashing lull you to sleep each night. Two bedrooms , one with Kingsize bed and bathroom ensuite and another with bunkbeds , two bathrooms, full kitchen and large balcony overlooking the pool, the tennis court , the paddle and grounds with a wonderful view also of the sea and the bay of Cullera. It is equipped with TV 32´Lcd, Dvd player, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher,microwave, blender, toaster, cofee maker, IPod Dock Station, computer with internet access, ...
We have an air bed where a child can sleep perfectely (then you could be 5 persons).
There are a lot of toys, children´s books, children´s films , WIii available for your children.
We also have toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach that you can use.
Our flat is ideal for familes with children. The building has a concierge, who lives there.
There are two swimmingpools, one is for toddlers. In summer there is a lifeguard in the swimmingpool (of course there are lifeguards on the beach, too).
If you like beaches, sun, sand and good food, this is the place for you and your family.
We have helpful neighbors, friends and relatives who can help you out during your stay in Cullera.



Apartamento en primera linea del mar con dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio (1'50 x 1'90) y baño ensuite y la otra con 2 camas individuales (literas) ,dos cuartos de baño, cocina completamente equipada con electromésticos: lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas,...
El apartamento cuenta también con gran salón equipado con Tv de 32´´Lcd, DVD, equipo de alta fidelidad, aire acondicionado en toda la vivienda, IPod Dock Station y ordenador con acceso a internet.
Disponemos de una cama hinchable grande en la que puede dormir perfectamente un niño.
Gran terraza con vistas al mar, a la piscina comunitaria, a la pista de paddel y a la cancha de tenis.
Se trata de la finca mas cotizada de la playa de Cullera.
Tenemos muchos juguetes, peliculas y cuentos infantiles disponibles para vuestros hijos.
Tambien tenemos juguetes, sillas y sombrillas para la playa que podreis utlizar.
Tenemos amigos, vecinos y familiares que os podrían ayudar si necesitais cualquier cosa.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Cullera called "El Racó", where is the best beach, a quiet beach of fine sand, it always has blue flag. It has shops, supermarkets ,restaurants. You can go walking to the center of the city. Near our house there is a windsurfing school, and quite near there is a sailing school.
In summer there are a lot of activities to do (if you want) : Aerobic, dance, theatre, cinema in the sand,concerts,...They are all free. And, of course, there are several kilometers to go for long walks along the beach.
There is a fun fair on the seafront promenade.
There is , too, a fun water park "AQUOPOLIS" www.cullera.aquopolis.es
In Cullera there is a Tennis Club where you can enrol your children for a summer sports camp, they learn to play tennis, to swim,... and make new friends.
There are four golf courses within 30 minutes.
Cullera is conveniently located about 35 minutes south Valencia, 40 minutes Manises Airport.
In Benidorm (about 100 km south from Cullera) there is a fantastic theme park "TERRA MITICA".
Madrid is about 95 minutes from Valencia by train-AVE.

El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila de Cullera que se llama "El Racó" donde está la mejor playa, todos los veranos recibe la bandera azul. Cuenta con tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias,....Se puede ir paseando hasta el centro de la ciudad. Al lado de nuestro apartamento hay una escuela de windsurf y muy cerca una escuela de vela. En el verano hay muchas actividades para hacer: aerobic, yoga, taichi, teatro, conciertos, cine al aire libre en la playa,... y todas gratis. Por supuesto puedes pasear por el magnifico paseo marítimo en donde por las tardes/noches hay una feria para los niños. Tambien hay un montón de restaurantes y heladerias.
En Cullera también hay un divertido parque acuático, donde pasarselo genial tanto niños como mayores.
Muy cerca de casa hay también un Club de Tenis donde , si quieres, puedes apuntar a tus hijos a alguna de las actividades que organizan en verano para los niños, ellos aprenderán tenis, natación ,... se lo pasarán genial y harán nuevos amigos.
Hay cuatro campos de golf a menos de 30 minutos.
Cullera está situada al sur de Valencia, aproximadamente a 35 minutos en tren.
En Benidorm (aproximadamente a 100 km al sur de Cullera) puedes encontrar un parque temático TERRA MITICA y un par de parques acuáticos.
A Madrid se puede llegar desde Valencia en el tren AVE en 95 minutos.

We are a young family our names are Gloria and Jesús. We are in our mid 40s.My husband is a manager in the financial industry, and now I am a full time mum.(I have a break in my job). My husband loves cycling and is learning to play the trumpet. I love reading, eating out and specially travelling. Since we did the homeexchange last summer I don't like going to a hotel, it's uncomfortable and you don't learn about the local people's customs, lifestyles, ...
We have two daughters, Marta (age 11) and Nuria (age 6). Marta loves playing basketball and Nuria is a very happy child..She is learning to play the piano, and she loves it. Our two children share our love for exploring he world.
We will take excelent care of your property and will treat it as if it were ours and would ask you do the same.
We are interested in exchanges with and without the children traveling. Interested in any destination but looking preferably for England or Scotland for next summer 2013 (We are learning English and we want to improve it). Last summer we did a homeexchange with an Irish family, we loved it, we enjoyed a lot and we are looking forward to repeat it.

Somos una pareja joven de aproximadamente 40 años con dos niñas : Marta de once años y Nuria de seis años. A Marta le encanta jugar a baloncesto y Nuria kes una niña que siempre esta muy contenta y feliz, está aprendiendo a tocar e, piano y ¡Le encanta!. A los cuatro nos gusta mucho viajar. El verano pasado hicimos un intercambio con una familia de Irlanda y disfrutamos todos muchíííísimo. Nos encantó la experiencia y ya tenemos ganas de volver a repetirla.
No hace falta decir que tendremos mucho cuidado con vuestra casa y esperamos que tambien cuideis la nuestra.
Estamos interesados en intercambios con o sin las niñas. Durante el verano nos gustaría sobretodo un intercambio con países de habla inglesa (para poder practicar el inglés), pero durante el resto del año no tenemos preferencias, así que no lo dudéis , si os gusta nuestro apartamento contactad con nosotros, siempre respondemos (algunas veces tardamos un poquito, pero respondemos).
