Our Home
Our family home in Doetinchem has 5 bedrooms and has a very complete inventory that include 3 bicycles and a children's seat for the car. Doetinchem is a very popular town to live in, with its lively towncenter with many shops, café's and restaurants to choose from if you don't feel like cooking. By car or train (the station is a 5 minute walk from our home) it is easy to visit the historical cities of Arnhem and Nijmegen. If you're into culture, you can reach Amsterdam in about 80 minutes. There are many possibilities for a relaxing holiday in our area, which is perfect for cycling and hiking, the landscape is known for it variation of fields and forests.

See all our beautiful country has to offer: culture and nature at its best! The cities of Doetinchem, Arnhem, Nijmegen offer extremely good shopping and cultural possibilities. Museums, zoo, natural swimming water are closeby. The beautiful old town of Doesburg can easily be reached by bike (several bycicles available). Since our country is only small, daytrips will take you nearly everywhere, after which it is good to relax in our peaceful Achterhoek region.

About Us
Michel is headmaster at a primary school and Anja works as an English language teacher at a school for secondary education. Our cat Timmie stays elsewhere when we are on holiday, unless you would like her company. She is very attached to people and likes to play. We are a combined family, our 6 children aged 10-16 will not travel with us on most exchanges, but we are open for possible suggestions for our entire family for 2-3 weeks during the summer or 1 week during christmas holidays.
