Our Home
The house has an open concept kitchen/living/dining area with granite counters, dishwasher, etc. There are three bedrooms and two baths, including a master suite, king size Flo-Bed, washer/dryer, flatscreen/DVD player, wireless internet, leather seating, and a wood burning fireplace (as well as central heating). Outside there is a deck and covered porch, outdoor seating/dining, fire pit, hot tub, wood play structure and a barbecue. It is located on 1 acre in a very quiet neighborhood approximately 5 miles from Sunriver Village and resort area (public welcome) and 15 miles from Mt Bachelor ski area.

Our Neighborhood
Central Oregon is blessed with 300+ days of sunshine annually with summer temps averaging around 80 degrees. The Sunriver community is nestled next to the Deschutes River in an area of lush meadows and beautiful pine forests, with the Cascade Mountains to the west and the Newberry Volcano to the east. Sunriver has an array of amenities and activities, spa and fitness centers, music and art festivals, unique shops and a variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining. During the summer months you can golf, play tennis, go swimming, horseback riding, kayaking, white water rafting, fly fishing, biking, and hiking. During winter months you can enjoy indoor tennis, indoor swimming, ice skating, skiing at Mt. Bachelor, snow-shoeing, and there is even indoor surfing.

We are a very active couple in our thirties, have been happily married for five years and have a gorgeous two year old daughter.
