My loft is conveniently located in Montreal at a 5 min walk from Lionel-Groulx metro station (will bring you downtown in 5 minutes),
It has 590 sf (55m2), and is located in the Imperial Loft Project (http://www.loftsimperial.ca). It has 13 ft ceilings, giving it a spacious feel, and has an industrial look.
The back door (courtyard) will take you to my terrace on which you can barbecue or sit down and relax during or after the day.
It is fully furnished, has HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi Internet, and includes access to a 3-room gym and an urban cottage on the roof (outdoor pool, pool table, fireplace, lounge area). Has dishwasher, washer and dryer, and of course all the normal things you need to feel like home. Bath/shower in the bathroom.
The loft has one separate bedroom with a Queensize bed so it is perfect for 1 or 2 persons, but I have a confortable air matress that can be used for a third person in the living room.
It is 10 min walk to historic Atwater market and Lachine Canal.

Il y a une chambre avec lit Queen, donc mon loft est idéal pour une personne seule ou un couple. J'ai un matelas pneumatique qui peut être utilisé dans le salon pour une 3e personne.
