Lovely house in 2500 feet in the famous Mountains (where former aristocrats and emperors went for their holidays), very quiet, with a nice view from the house to the Rax (6600 feet).
Two levels, two bathrooms, one kitchen, a large balcony and patio.

The house is made of stone and wood.

The house is in a wonderful hiking and skiing area (Rax, Schneeberg, Semmering) and just one hour from Vienna (car or train). It is a perfect location, if You want to visit Vienna, but also to stay in the countryside.

The house is in a very quiet and safe area. 2500 feet from the house is a very good Restaurant. Hiking Trails start at the Restaurant.
Around and up the Rax (6600 feet) there are many hiking trails for every level. You can also go up with the famous Rax -Ropeway to the top (very nice view and perfect hiking with some chalets where you can have a good meal). It is one of the most famous hiking areas in Austria.
By car:
In 30 Minutes you have three skiing regions with together 34 miles ski runs.
In 25 Minutes you are at the Semmering, where the Skiing-Worldcup- Races are (in winter skiing for every level, in summer hiking).
In 15 Minutes you are at the factory store from the delicious Lindt - Chocolates.You will get fresh made chocolates!
In 8 Minutes you have Restaurants, Bakery, Cafe and Grocery Stores.
In the summer in 15 minutes is one of the most important summer festivals from Austria beside the Salzburger Festspiele called Festspiele Reichenau(Schnitzler,Mann,..) in german language.
In one hour you are in Vienna.
In 3 1/2 hours you are in Italy (in one hour more, at the sea).
