Our Home
We live in a charming XIXth century bourgoise building. The flat is just over 75 square metres and is comprised of a spacious lounge and dining room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wardrop, and a light study. Completely refurbished in 2010. Original floor from the XIXth century and wooden parquet.
We have a king size bed in the bedroom, one sofa bed (for two) and a folding bed.
Central heating and air-conditioned, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwaves, fridge. Elevator and doorman during the day. Very quiet. There is a high degree of privacy and friendly neighbourgs.
Our Neighborhood
Familiar and quiet neighborhood, with all kind of services: Supermarket in front of the building, baker's shop, grocery, playground equipment, news-stand, and "La Concepció" market 5 minuts walking.
Subway station "Verdaguer" (lines 4 and 5) at the corner.
10 minuts from the city center by subway, 5 minuts walking from Sagrada Família and La Pedrera, 10 minuts from the beach by subway. Next to Gràcia neighborhood, where you will find cinemas, theatres, art galleries, restaurants, cool pubs and the most arty and intellectual ambient of the city.

We are a young couple in their thirties. We are Oriol, a comedy writer for radio and TV shows, and Gloria, a graphic designer and design teacher at la Massana, School of arts & crafts. We have no children but their are always welcome. We have some uncles and aunts living in the same building. We love music, arts and good sense of humor. Sometimes we travel with a couple of friends.
