The kitchen is spacious and light with a large table and glass folding doors which open straight onto a sunny South facing garden. On the second floor there are three bedrooms , a family bathroom and laundry . On the third floor there is the master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and wide ranging sea views through french windows. Our garden is secluded with plenty of space to sit , relax or play with a large trampoline at the end.
Our Neighborhood
We are located minutes from pretty Queens park with its lake and adventure playground. The beach is a ten minute walk away and has a beach sports complex with a lovely beachside cafe there is also another playground with water sprays and general fun getting wet activities. The local shops , restaurents and pubs are even closer in Kemptown village and there is a range of interesting , quirky independent stores selling anything you may need. Brighton town centre is a twenty minute walk away with all its attractions , from the glorious Pavillion , museum and some of the best shopping outside London !
There is a very regular bus service from the top and bottom of the road which means a bus into town every ten minutes. Brighton train station is within walking distance( about 25 mins) and trains run twice hourly to London which is about an hour away. The countryside that surounds Brighton is beautiful and these rolling chalk hills are now a new National Park.To access this country side is easy and there is a regular open top bus service which takes you to the incredible Devils Dyke one of the most dramatic sights and brilliant base for walking and para gliding. With acar you could explore much of this country side and quieter beaches and tranquil country walks are a twenty minute drive away.
