The apartment can be a base for visiting popular holiday destinations accessible by car: Venice (162 km) - Cortina d'Ampezzo (54 miles) - Padua (186 km) - Verona (204 km) - Milano (345 km) . The apartment has a private garden with table, chairs and outdoor dining opportunities.
The exchange does not have to be simultaneous. The apartment is available at any time of year.

L'appartamento può essere di base per la visita alle note località turistiche raggiungibili in auto: Venezia (162 Km) - Cortina d'Ampezzo (54 Km) - Padova (186 km) - Verona (204 km) - Milano (345 km). L'appartamento dispone di un giardino privato attrezzato di tavolo, sedie a sdraio e possibilità di mangiare all'aperto. Lo scambio può essere anche non simultaneo. L'appartamemto è disponibile in qualsiasi momento dell'anno.

Small mountain village, quiet and safe, with magnificent views of the most famous peaks of the Dolomites (Civetta, Pelmo Focobon, Pale di San Martino). The slopes of the ski area are located adjacent to the apartment and you can reach home directly from the slopes with skis on the feet. It offers many opportunities for summer trekking, trips on the lakes and panoramic mountain huts!


Piccolo paese di montagna tranquillo e sicuro, con vista magnifica sulle vette più conosciute delle Dolomiti (Civetta, Pelmo, Focobon, Pale di San Martino). Le piste dello Skiarea si trovano adiacenti all'appartaemnto ed è possibile raggiungere direttamente dalla pista l'abitazione con gli sci ai piedi. Offre tantissime opportunità per il trekking estivo, gite sui laghi e panoramici rifugi alpini.

The apartment is located in Falcade (BL) in a newly built building, consisting of 9 units. Our is the ground floor, with a large terrace and garden.

L'appartamento si trova a Falcade (BL) in una palazzina di recente costruzione, composta di 9 unità. Il nostro è al piano terra con disponibilità di ampia terrazza e giardino. Siamo disponibili a fare da guida per la visita delle città di maggiore interesse.

Having children attending public italian school, we'd like to travel during Summer, Easter or Christmas holidays. But even weekends in European capitals are welcome!


Avendo figli che frequentano la scuola, desideriamo viaggiare nel periodo estivo, durante le vacanze scolastiche.

We are a family of 4 : Lucia 46 years, primary school teacher, Paolo, 48 years ,businessman in the insurance sector, Marta 19 years old and Massimo, 15 years old, both students. We really LOVE travelling around the world so we tried "HOME EXCHANGE" to have the possibility to enjoy the place we visit in a different way! Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone: Lucia 46 anni, insegnate elementare, Paolo 48 anni, imprenditore nel settore assicurativo, Marta 19 anni e Massimo 15 anni, studenti. Amiamo viaggiare e da quando siamo stati in America nell'estate 2010 ce ne siamo innamorati e desideriamo ritornarci. Siamo tutti non fumatori e ben educati. Ci prenderemo cura della vostra casa come fosse nostra.
