Our Home
65m2 wooden floor, bright and cozy flat right in the center of Barcelona. Fully refurbished is at the fifth floor of a 100 years old building. It has one bedroom with one double bed and one studio where a single bed could be arranged if neccesary. Bathroom with bathtub.
Fridge, freezer, microwave, faltscreen TV, DVD Player, Sterio HiFi, Wireless Internet, heating for winter. ceiling fans for summer.
Our Neighborhood
Located in a quiet street right in the center of Barcelona, in the gothic district. The flat is just 10 minutes walking from the Barceloneta Beach and 5 minutes far from the main avenue La Rambla. Perfect if you want to live and know the vibrant and bohemian side of Barcelona. The area is full of great restaurants shops and bars but none in my street so you won't get any noise during the night. Two tube stations nearby with the main lines and plenty of buses if you want to visit other areas.

About Us
My name is Cesar and I a 35 years old filmmaker and graphic designer. I like travelling, museums, films, music and art. I've travelled around the world and lived in different countries so I'm used to deal with different people and situations. I like to keep my space clean and tidy, so I'll do the same with yours since that's what I'm expecting from you as well. I am a non smoker myself but it's ok to smoke in my flat as long as windows are open.
As you've seen there is a cat in the flat, his name is Guido. Unless you are allergic he won't give you any trouble, he is extremely quiet, friendly and hardly needs attention, although if you fancy play around with him he'll love it :)
