==== The Building ====
Our 171 sq/m (1840 sq/ft) apartment /condo is located on a high floor of a brand new residential tower that was completed in the beginning of 2009. The building offers 24 hour security, indoor parking, an expansive lobby, and a social area featuring a pool, jacuzzi, children's pool, bbq, children's play room, and full gym.

==== Apartment Overview ====
Located high above the city, there are floor to ceiling windows in almost every room. With only 2 units per floor and only one short shared wall you have the utmost privacy and 270° views of the city, ocean, park, and mountains. Large porcelain tile floors throughout, modern furnishings, and a spacious floor plan are sure to make you comfortable. Off the living room is a balcony with a 4 person table and chairs for enjoying a sunny lunch or evening drinks on one of Panama's warm, bug free evenings. The great room boasts a full dining table for 8, two seating areas, and a large leather sofa / chase lounge with a 50" plasma, Bose system, AppleTV and a Roku Player (with Netfilx, Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, etc.). This area features custom designed ceilings and lighting features throughout as well as a split air conditioning unit. The expansive kitchen has granite counter tops with plenty of workspace, professional stainless steel 5 burner gas range, and side by side refrigerator/freezer set with ice maker. Any chef will feel at home in this well stocked kitchen. Off the kitchen is the laundry room which includes a full size modern front loader washer & dryer set.

==== Bedrooms & Bathrooms ====
There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 1 office which converts to a 3rd bedroom by adding a queen sized air mattress. All three rooms feature floor to ceiling windows with custom made roll up privacy shades. The 3rd bathroom is a powder room off the great room. All bedrooms have split air conditioning units that allow each bedroom to control their own a/c individually.

The master suite boasts a king sized bed, dimmable chandelier, and spectacular view of the city. The large en-suite bathroom offers double sinks, granite counter tops, floor to ceiling porcelain tile, and a roomy walk in shower big enough for two!

The guest suite has a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and an expansive built in closet.

The office/3rd bedroom has a high quality queen sized air mattress which will make any guest feel at home.

==== Maid Service ====
We have a full time maid / house manager. She is available for you Monday through Friday and will clean the house daily, wash your linens 2x per week, wash all the dishes, do your laundry, prepare coffee, run errands, help prepare meals, etc.

If you do not desire full time help, she can be in the house as much or as little as you wish.

==== Other Amenities ====
The office has a large granite desk with 2 work stations. The whole house has high speed internet with wifi that is 7mb/s (symmetrical) and highly reliable. You will be provided with a local prepaid phone that is easy to refill and can be used for local calls. There is a small Netbook available for your use, but if you plan to do much more than the occasional emailing it is recommend to bring your laptop.

Located in the residential San Francisco neighborhood of Panama City, the location is sure to please. Within 1 block there is a mid sized grocery store / butcher shop, large liquor store (with great wine selection), and Chinese Fruitaria. Within 3 blocks is one of the city's best parks, Parque Omar, which has a 3k running track, soccer fields, a swimming pool and more. A 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk will get you to MultiPlaza mall which has some of the best shopping in Central America. It has everything from super bargains to Louis Viutton. The mall also has a large outdoor terrace on the top floor with a number of restaurants and bars. Finally there is a Riba Smith grocery store which has all the North American brands you might be used to.

The rest of Panama City is just a short drive. The popular neighborhood of El Cangrejo is only 5 min away, and historic Casco Viejo only 15. The Calle Uruguay club / restaurant district is about 10 min and the Panama Canal also about 15 min away. You are right in the center of Panama City, with most everything a very short distance.

If you've got it, we like maid service, same goes for automobile exchange. No smoking in the house but the balcony is OK. As mentioned above we are quite flexible, if you have a destination that is not that interesting to us but you really want to come to Panama, offer us airfare for 2 to your destination and we might be persuaded :)

For us it's usually easier to travel for longer periods of time (2 weeks to 2 months), but we are open to all proposals. Don't be shy.. send us a message!

We are a young professional couple in our early 30s. We are internet entrepreneurs with a lust for life. We are non-smoking, minimalist, and very neat and tidy. We are originally from the US, but loving the expat life in Panama as of 2008. We like to try new places, new foods, and new cultures. We like luxury, but aren't afraid to get down with the locals either. We don't have children but don't mind if you do as long as they are well behaved. We sometimes travel with another couple so 2+ bedrooms is great (but not required). We have very flexible schedules and can go pretty much anywhere for any amount of time as long as there is reliable internet!
