Want to live the true Amsterdam life in an amazing loft in a spectacular industrial surroundings?
Our flat (120m2) is located at the corner of an 1890 warehouse and has an huge living area (80 square meters) with an open kitchen (fully equipped). Through the five windows you have a great view over "het IJ".
There is one master bedroom (16 square meters) and a study with a good quality AeroBed (12 square meters). The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a separate toilet. In our walk-in closet you will find a laundry machine.
Our flat is located on the fourth floor of the warehouse. There is an elevator.

Our Neighborhood
You don't have to go far to get the real Amsterdam feeling.
Our flat is located in between the Spaarndammerbuurt and Prinseneiland (alongside the Houtmankade). Somewhat unknown to tourists but amazing Amsterdam harbour atmosphere and a terrific walking area.
Despite the "out-of-town" feeling you are within a 5-minute walk at the cozy Haarlemmerdijk/straat and the Jordaan, best known for its countless bars, restaurants, galleries, and(designer) shops. Less touristic, so Amsterdam at its best. Add just 1 minute to you walk and you are at the canals.
The Westerpark with all its features is close by and if you 'dare' to take the ferry (1 minute walk) you will be walking around at the old ship wharf (NDSM) which is turned into an somewhat unknown, but easygoing (hipster) hang out with some nice bars and restaurants, shops and indoor skate park. It will host a Boxpark in the near future.
You will find an extensive list of my favorite spots upon arrival (internet exposure will make them less favorite in the near future). The Central Railway Station is a 5 minutes taxi ride or a 10 minutes bus ride.

We are Freeke & Mark. Freeke (28 yrs) is a female attorney-at-law. Mark (25 yrs) is working at the Ministry of Defense. We love to travel, cook, and walk or bike around in town to get inspiration for our home made and home exposed art collection, Freeke as a photographer and Mark as a painter.
