I live in a 40squared meters apartment in a northern block of the city of Milan.
It is a very bright one and can accommodate regularly 2 person.
It comprehends a wide room, which is subdivided by a library in an entrance corridor and a sitting room, where you can find a couch changeable into a double bed, a little table, a PC fitted with DVD player and internet connection, a digital TV.
There is a kitchenette with gas rings, a refrigerator and a little electric oven.
A complete bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Situated in a quiet street of a nice and lively area with an orderly multi-ethnic cohabitation, provided with shops of any kind, supermarkets, pharmacy, first aid dept., church, university, secondary, primary and nursery schools, green park, banks, a big fitness center etc.; it is linked by the bus (nr. 82) to Central Station, that is in the neighborhood of Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main fashion boulevard connected to downtown.
In this area you can find also an Underground Metro station, that can see you everywhere in the city and that you can reach by 5min walking or getting on the aforementioned bus.

Other Information
Milan is connected with three airports, Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio, I suggest you to choose the first one when possible, because it is really a short way to go.
It is a very huge and various city, you can visit at any seasons, to me you can feel better the city life during Fall, Winter and Spring, otherwise if you are looking for a quiet stay, Summer is more advisable.

I don’t have a preferable date to make an exchange, I am mainly available for short period through all the year (3-5 days), and for longer one during August (up to 2-3weeks), but it is not a fixed rule, and time by time it could be decided differently.
