This is our second home.
Our condo has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, dining room and living room.
It is on the 21st floor with a great balcony that offers outstanding views of the Beach (Pompano), the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Canal and the City of Pompano.
You'll have access to a Private four-story Clubhouse with two heated swimming pools, sundecks, showers, workout room, game rooms, Cocktail Lounge / Bar, Deli cafe /snack bar, private beach area with tables and BBQ grills, basketball court, racquet ball court, shuffle board, and many other amenities.

Our condo is located right on the Beach and 2 blocks from the Pompano Beach Pier. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance including a supermarket. Also, there is a major shopping mall 3 miles away.
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is 2 miles to the South. Fort Lauderdale (the Venice of America) is 8 miles to the South.
Miami and South Beach are approx. 30 miles to the South, Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton are just North of us, and West Palm Beach is 30 miles to the North. Disney World in Orlando is 180 miles to the North West.
The Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 16 miles away and Miami International Airport is 30 miles.
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is 2 miles to the South. Fort Lauderdale (the Venice of America) is 8 miles to the South.

Our Condo in Florida is our second-home and is available most of the time. A non-simultaneous exchange is our preference as it is much easier to schedule an exchange, however we'll consider simultaneous exchanges as well.

We are flexible. We can travel on short-notice as long as the destination is right for us.
We are open to home exchanges for a short period (1 to 2 weeks), or long-term (3 weeks or longer).
For a home exchange in the USA, we will consider an extended weekend.

About Us
We are Assunsao and Ken, a married couple who live in California. Assunsao was born in Portugal and has lived in the USA for 35 years. Ken was born in New York.
We are in our late fifties and are both retired. Ken was a Fire Chief for 28 years, and Assunsao was a Manager for AT&T for 25 years. We have four daughters that are grown and on their own and four grandchildren.
Our primary hobby is traveling the world. So far, we have visited many countries, however there are many more that we have not had the opportunity to explore yet. Our second hobby is boating, specifically sailing.
We are non-smokers, travel alone, and have NO pets.
