Enjoy Chicago from the comfort of a true neighborhood home... a large, 1900-square foot 2-level living space in our charming, early 20th century 2-story house. The interior is spacious, with living room, dining room, large kitchen, large master bedroom plus 3 other comfortable bedrooms, lots of space to relax and play. It's an extra wide lot-and-a-half on the corner, with a beautiful side yard. Our back yard is a great play space for kids with trampoline, swing set, and basketball hoop. Our home rests on a beautiful tree-lined street of single-family homes and two-flats in the peaceful but practical Irving Park area. Close to the train, bus, and highway... an easy 20 minutes to downtown Chicago.

Our Neighborhood
The Irving Park neighborhood is an urban gem... full of gorgeous parks and classic urban shops, restaurants, etc. Culturally diverse and safe, it's a great place to sample Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Japanese, whatever you have a taste for! It's close to the highway, train, and bus for easy access to downtown Chicago, and it also provides easy access to other classic Chicago neighborhoods like Bucktown, Lincoln Square, and Lincoln Park. It's close to the Chicago River, which features fantastic running / biking paths. Also not far from Wrigley Field, Lincoln Park Zoo, and easy access to and from O'Hare.

We are Tony and Jamie, married, with three children and a dog named Frodo. Tony is a musician, songwriter, and art director. Jamie is a therapist, writer, and foodie.
