Near the famous "Butte aux Cailles" area (so called the Montmartre of southern Paris) and close to the Chinese district.

Located on the 5th and 6th (and last) floor with an elevator. A brand new and quiet duplex appartment fully renovated by a architect in July 2010.

1860 square feets (or 170 m2) in total 2 terraces and 3 balconnies.

3 bathrooms (including 1 with tubebath and shower 2 with showers)

4 bedrooms (2 double bedroom, 2 single bedroom, possibly 2 in the living room)

A large fully equipped kitchen.

High speed Wifi is available thoroughout the appartment
Home cinema with a large 8.5 feet screen and a video projector

5 different subway lines within 200 yards, all direct within 15 minutes to the major points of interest in Paris

Auto exchange is negociable (we have a Tiguan car in our box located in the building, direct access from the lift ekevator)

A busy area with plenty of French and and exotic restaurants as well and bars, still a quite area.
The "butte aux cailles" district is around 200 meters from our flat: a district full of history, especially during the second French revolution in 1830, and now one of the hottest spot for students and artists in Paris.

Looking for destinations with easy access and safe environment for our kid: we love beaches, countrysides as well as centralised places in capitals


Currently looking after some suggested destinations for a 2 weeks exchange during the summer 2013 (preferences for sea destinations, countryside)

We have lived abroad for 7 years, including 5 year in Far-east Asia (Vietnam) and 2 years in London. Most of our furnitures are antics bought in Vietnam which gives our appartment a pleasant "traveller" and cosy atmosphere.

Our daughter is now 3 and half years old.

We have done everything we could to feel like in a house right in Paris- a quiet place in a busy area where every desire can be fulfiled in 15 minutes maximum: restaurants, bars, movie theatres, museum, shopping, swimming pool, fitness (club Med Gym)
