Our Home
The flat is a 100 square meter's charming penthouse, with a plant-filled terrace and a barbecue. It is above all very, very bright, and has air conditioning and central heating. The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bath and a shower in each, a large kitchen and living room, another space that we use as an office, a room used for storage and another little room (but very nice) that can be used to have tea or whatever. Oh! There's a lift too. And a parking car space aswell just beside our building!! We have just moved, so there is not many furniture, we are in the decorating process!!
Our Neighborhood
The neighbourhood (named Eixample which means 'width', because of its width streets) was built in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century and is 100% modernist (an architectural style quite similar to Art Deco). This is one of the most central areas of the city, and definetely the most comfortable to live. Our flat is less than 10 minutes walk from La Pedrera or Casa Batlló (two of the most famous works of Gaudi), and ten blocks from Plaza Catalunya (kilometer zero of the city, to explain it somehow). Around here, there's plenty of nice cafés, restaurants and book shops, as well as the main clothe & fashion stores of the city (in Paseo de Gracia, just four streets from home).

About Us
We are two guys about 30 years old, Mario & Gaston, Mario works as a journalist in Efe news agency and Gaston works as Cultural Manager in a film producer company and he studies Theater Direction at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona (He does not have much free time). Gastón likes going to movies and theater (obviously), while Mario loves to spend time on Internet and he is addicted to newspapers.
