The apartment is on the 5th floor of a condo, with a beautifull sight. There is an open space with kitchen and living room and two double bedroom,a terrace and two bathroom.

The house is situated in a residential area, at about 500 mt from miles of beautiful sandy beach.
Close by famous Viareggio boardwalk, with liberty buildings, great shopping and dining area, where every February take place the best Carnival in Europe. Great nightlife.
Perfect base from which discover the beauty of Tuscany and vicinity: Pisa and Lucca 20 min (train or car), Florence 40 min, Rome (less than 3 hours) and Milan (2 ½ hours).
In the district, known as Versilia you’ll find mountain villages, seaside resort and beautiful small town such as: Pietrasanta (“artists town”), Torre del Lago Puccini (hometown of Giacomo Puccini, where opera, arts and music festivals run throughout the summer), Forte dei Marmi, “Cinque Terre” Golfo dei poeti, etc
In addition you’ll find great naturalistic trails nearby: Alpi Apuane, Chianti Wine Region and Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli Regional Park (“A Mosaic of Natural Environments Close to Versilia”).

Our date are flexible, even though we’d rather travel on fall and spring, therefore the swap can be non simultaneous. In that case we could help and assist the travel planning and your stay, since we live nearby.

As already mentioned we're looking for an accomodation in New York City, better in the Upper East Side, since we'd like to stay nearby our family

We are a couple in our early sixties, retired, former teachers and small business owners. We’d love to spend some time with our 4 years old nephew recently relocated in NYC Upper East Side..
The apartment is a second home, occupied from times to times for family vacation mainly.
