Our home is a beautifully appointed 3600 sq. ft. executive home in a gated community, 10 minutes from Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport. Our home features 2 master suites, plus an additional bedroom with a separate bathroom. There are a total of 5 bathrooms throughout the home. Features downstairs include a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; a family room which boasts an entertainment system including a 42" flat screen TV with surround sound, a gas fireplace and a full bar equipped with ice machine and wine cooler; a game room which is equipped with a pool table, electronic dart game, Wii system and massage chair and 2 sleeper sofas that can accommodate additional guests; an office that features high speed internet (and wireless modem) and the laundry room. Upstairs you will find 2 master bedroom suites; the third bedroom and bathroom and another office that hosts an elliptical exercise machine. There are several TVs throughout the home, all with satellite hook-up. Views from the main master suite balcony offer an incredible view of the Las Vegas valley, including the Las Vegas Strip and mountains. Outdoors you will find an in ground swimming pool and separate spa, both with waterfalls, a wood-burning fireplace, gas chiminea, and a gas BBQ kitchen. Unfortunately, our home is not really designed to accommodate wheelchairs and all bedrooms are located upstairs, but wheelchairs and assistive devices are certainly welcome.

This home is located in the prestigious "Green Valley Ranch" area in Henderson. Located within a mile radius is a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including the luxurious Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa (a "5 Star" resort); "The District", which offers many fine shops (e.g. Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Brighton, etc.) and fine dining (including PF Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, and many others.) Additionally, within walking distance is a multi-generational recreational facility that offers recreational and exercise options and a full public library. Located within a 3 mile radius are 2 public golf courses. Numerous championship golf courses are located nearby, as well. Green Valley Ranch is 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Airport.

A little bit about us...Mike and Dana...
Mike and I are in our 50s/60s, have three grown children and 5 beautiful grandchildren (including 2 sets of twins!) Mike is a retired USAF Fighter Pilot, who currently flies for a major U.S. Airline. I am a flight attendant and real estate agent. We have lived in Germany, Spain, India and all over the U.S. Needless to say, we love to travel and are open to destination suggestions. We are animal lovers and have a Black Lab, Maddie, whom is very dear to our hearts. She would not be here during an exchange. We take very good care of our home, would treat yours as if our own, and are looking for someone to do the same for us.
