Our Home
This is a world class location overlooking beautiful Whale Beach -our house is 10 yrs old built on the side of the hill it is modern with high curved ceilings with panoramic floor ceiling glass looking straight at the Ocean with a large outdoor dining area overlooking the beach/ocean which is 2 mins walk.There is a lovely seawater 25 metre pool at the beach. The house is over 2 levels and has a double integrated garage. This area is one of the most popular locations in Sydney 40kms to the CBD with a great inland waterway on the other side of the peninsual (Pittwater) 500 metres away and adjoining Kuringai National Park.We also have a superb 3 bedroom country House apartment set in 16 acres in Sussex which is available on exchange or to rent Ref 157175
Our Neighborhood
Whale Beach is a stunning location named beacuse of the migration of whales just off shore facing east .Its on a hilly Peninsula about 5 miles long and 1/2 a mile wide with an inland waterway system which is to the west Its adjoind Palm Beach and the 2 beaches are regarded as 2 of the best beaches in Sydney. Half of the accommodation are expensive holiday homes. The beach is a surf beach 750m long with headlands either side with a sea water swimming pool 25 metres long right alongside the beach..If you like the outdooors its wonderful with a National park on our doorstep.There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity and golf tennis sailing etc all close by and the CBD of Sydney about 50 mins 40km away.Its a very casual neighbourhood people choose to live here for the wonderful lifestyle.

About Us
We area family of 3 Marie Richard and our son Max. We are early 50 's and our son 17 yrs old in his final year of high school.
I am semi retired and love the outdoors so cycling sailing swimming tennis etc Marie loves the area but also enjoys the culture and galleries of Sydney
We are both well travelled and know we are lucky to live in a world class location.
