Spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, the third a twin bed. It has 3 streetview balcony doors, a large terrace with a bay view, great kitchen, loungy living room, nice cross-ventilation or A/C. PR is a US territory, so there's no need for passports! Our Neighborhood
Old (or Viejo) San Juan is a pedestrian town, there's beautiful Spanish architecture, and walking distance to 2 beaches (one's about 10 minutes the other about 25 minutes), and several others within 15-30 min drive. A 5 minute walk to "El Morro," a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also, there are beautiful mountain and river experiences awaiting 30-60 min away. Old SJ has history, dining, nightlife, museums, romance, gorgeous scenic points for photography, shopping (both unique little shops and outlet shopping), relaxing corners, and a small town in a big city charm.

About Us
Paola and I, Pedro, have been married for 8 years. We have a son, Sebastian, who turns 3 this summer. We own a restaurant here in San Juan. We enjoy traveling all over the world but frequent NY/CT most often.
